Thread rolling

We have been practising thread rolling for over 35 years – and learnt quite a bit over the years. We focus on rolled threads because they are considerably stronger than cut threads. Our workshop is equipped with a fully automated thread rolling cell capable of producing threads from size M12 to M39. The cell includes an automated measuring device that guarantees the accuracy of thread dimensions. All measurements are recorded in a database. Thanks to the cell’s dot peen marking machine, we can add batch numbers and other details to products to ensure traceability. The minimum batch size is typically 200. We produce threads on round steel bars and rebars. We also use NC lathes to roll threads when the thread rolling needs to be incorporated into the overall turning process. A common application of our thread rolling products is U-bolts. Rebars are used to produce various anchor bolts and basic bolts.
