Machining and turning

As we want our processes to be as efficient as possible, our focus is on the serial production of standard products. If a customer needs a single part or a part that our machines cannot handle very efficiently, we make use of our partner network. Typical machining jobs include producing holes and internal threads as part of the overall manufacturing process. The size of workpieces generally ranges from 100 g to 20 kg. In turning, we focus on the serial production of products made from round bars with a diameter of 10 to 50 mm. Some of our NC lathes are equipped with a bar feeder or a handling robot, making it possible to benefit from unmanned production. When unmanned production is used, our machinists take care of entering the correct settings and supervising the quality of products.
