Assembly

Our services include the mechanical assembly of serially produced parts. This means that we deliver finished products that have been assembled from the components we produce. Our assembly cell is equipped with a versatile riveting machine. Riveting is a quick and efficient method for attaching bearings and bolts. In radial riveting, the force acting upon the workpiece is only a fraction of the force that would result from a single pressing process. The riveting machine is highly adjustable and can be used for creating both mobile joints and rigid connections. Products can be marked during laser cutting or as a separate process using a dot peen machine or a laser marking device. If needed, a serial number can be added to products to ensure that the components used during assembly can be traced.
