Sawing and cutting
To ensure fast deliveries, we have a heated warehouse for storing flat bars, tubes, profiles and round bars. In addition to storage solutions, the warehouse houses three automated saws and a punching/cutting line for flat bars. This means that we can react to requests in a swift manner.
The reception of materials is an important part of traceability. At our warehouse, the saw operator receives goods and enters the heat numbers into our ERP system. All arriving material is labelled when received.
Materials are stored in goods carrying cages, which ensures their safe and efficient handling. The cages make it easy to keep different materials apart, and our warehouse has room for storing customers’ special materials that are waiting to be machined into finished products.
When material is sawed, the saw operator enters the material and its batch data into our ERP system. The ERP system also allows us to track the stocks of customers’ materials.
