Special bending of steel

he bending of flat and round bars is one of our areas of expertise, and we use both cold and hot bending techniques. In hot bending, we use energy-efficient induction heating equipment, and we have a robot cell for the hot bending of our standard products. Our equipment includes horizontal bending machines, rotary bending machines and eccentric presses. The most appropriate machine and process is selected based on the product and the size of the series. Typical bending jobs include various handles, loops, hooks and U-bolts. Our machinery is best suited for materials with a diameter of 12 to 40 mm. We have outsourced tube bending to our partner network.
